Map approval
We file your building plan and clear scrutiny — in-house, no running around. A milestone-linked contract is signed before any payment.

Structure
Foundation, RCC frame, brickwork and slabs to the sanctioned design — built to the structural-stability certificate, not guesswork. Weekly photo proof on WhatsApp.

Finishes & interiors
Plaster, flooring, electrical, plumbing, paint and fit-out — to the finish level you choose.

Completion & keys
We file the completion / occupancy certificate — needed for utilities, loans, registry and resale — then hand over the keys.

What are the Vidastu Build packages? Three finish levels on the same engineered RCC structure: Essential (branded certified materials, vitrified tile, UPVC windows, 10-year structural warranty), Premium (adds Jaquar-tier sanitaryware, Asian Paints premium emulsion, modular kitchen base, false ceilings), and Luxe (adds imported tile and stone options, full modular kitchen, smart switches, façade lighting, 15-year structural warranty). Every package is Vaastu-aligned and priced as one binding, itemised fixed quote after a free site walk. It moves only if you change the scope.

What does “fixed price” actually lock?
We file it for you, in-house, with a Council of Architecture-registered architect. Straightforward residential files typically clear scrutiny in a few weeks. You sign documents; we run the process.
What if cement or steel prices rise mid-build?
Every Vidastu home — every package — gets the same Vaastu expertise: room placement is set with our Vaastu consultant before structural drawings are made, so compliance is built into the plan rather than patched on later.
